Before entering your home the first time, a Wilmette Maids applicant goes through extensive background and reference checks. We carefully select our staff for what we value the most: personal integrity and professionalism. While it is true that our cleaning technicians have received the finest training, we pay attention mostly to those qualities that cannot be trained. All individuals that work with us has proven that they approach their work with an attention to detail that comes naturally to them.
The years of providing our professional services have revealed that a team of four – the number of cleaners we usually use for a given job – is the best, most efficient way to maintain the highest of standards. Each of our team members has a special cleaning job to perform in your home: kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, dusting, or vacuuming. The team leader double-checks all work for quality assurance. For your convenience, we furnish all cleaning supplies and equipment; however, upon your request, we will gladly use whatever product you provide.
Your team can be scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. For any changes and cancellations, we require at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled visit. We always assign the same crew to your home, to arrive at about the same time each visit. If you prefer to be away when we clean, you can provide us with the key to your home. The key will be coded and stored in a safe, secured box as soon as it enters our office.
