Many apartment and house contracts require a “broom-clean” while others call for detailed checklist that covers everything in the house. Our Move out Cleaning service goes beyond the regular or standard services. We clean and sanitize room by room, we dust, dump wipe, sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum all details of your home to make it look spotless and feel fresh, ready for the next owners or tenants.

Our Move in Cleaning service goes beyond the regular or standard services. We clean and sanitize room by room, we dust, dump wipe, sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum all details of your home to make it look spotless and feel fresh, ready for the new owners or tenants.
Following is our Move-Out / In Cleaning checklist:
- Scrub and clean all sinks, bathtubs, showers and toilets. This includes all tracks in the bathtub, shower doors, and all soap scum and mineral build-up from the glass shower door inside and out.
- Clean all woodwork such as baseboards, window sills, frames and molding, closet shelving
- Clean all enameled walls, ceiling and doors in kitchen, baths and laundry rooms of mildew and grease.
- Clean all cabinets and drawers inside and out of all residue, shelf lining and junk. This includes using wax or oil cleaner on outside of any stained wood cabinetry, by client request.
- Clean all counter tops with cleaner made specifically for top type.
- Clean stove, oven and broiler, inside and out.
- Clean refrigerator inside and out.
- Clean any additional kitchen equipment (microwave, trash compactor, etc.)
- Clean light fixtures, switches, electrical sockets, extractors and fans
- Clean fireplace, remove all ashes and wood, and clean the screen and/or glass doors.
- Clean all floors: tile, linoleum or wood.
- Vacuum all carpets.
- Clean mirrors, mirrored closet doors, windows and screens including all tracks in the windows and sliding doors.
- Clean entrance door/screen, making sure fronts and backs are free of dirt, hand prints or smudges.
- Sweep the front and back porch, by client request
- Sweep garage and remove all trash, by client request.
