Pricing
There are many factors involved in determining price. We consider your home’s size, condition, needs and preferences, number of occupants, presence of pets, and frequency of cleaning. We custom price each home, or commercial space, and provide you with a price quote during our free, no-obligation, on-site consultation. The approximate estimate can also be obtained over the phone, or online, by completing the Price Request Form on this website.
The cost is based on the time needed to complete the job. Our standard rate for General Cleaning is $45.00 per hour, per person. There is a four man-hours minimum required to receive this rate. All smaller jobs are priced at relatively higher rates. For our first visit, we usually need more time to deep clean certain areas of your home so that we can maintain that standard of cleaning with each subsequent visit.

If we are unable to gain access to your home through no fault of ours, a 50% lock-out fee will be applied to cover our costs. To avoid this charge, please notify us in advance so we can make the appropriate changes to our staff’s schedule.
Payment is due in full upon completion of work. We accept cash, checks, quickpay, and all major credit and debit cards. Automatic billing and other invoicing options are available
